Customer Representative, Field-based Trainer
Burlington English is seeking a skilled teacher-trainer to join our Southeast Team. We are looking for a team player who will be responsible for facilitating client training and professional development primarily in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina, but with occasional travel and/or virtual assistance to nine additional states in the Southeast Region. The candidate must live in the greater Raleigh-Durham area, as this position is a remote home-based position with the greatest needs being there.
The ideal candidate is an early adopter of technology with an ability to quickly build relationships with all levels of educational staff. This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. English teaching background is an advantage although quick learners from other backgrounds with a strong desire to transition into training and professional development for an educational software publisher will be considered.
This position is a home-based position covering Raleigh-Durham area and other states as needed.
Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and the legal right to work in the United States.
